ABOUT AUTHOR

Hi, I'm Taylor and 'Welcome' to my blog. Please allow me to tell you a bit about myself and why this blog exists. I am a Zen (Soto) Buddhist practioner and meditator. I first began studying Buddhism maybe 30 years ago, but up until recently I didn't practice or meditate much. I committed to studying and application within the last year because I saw for myself, the perfect way to end all my suffering in this lifetime. This is why I started this blog. My hope is to deepen my own understand, wisdom and insight and to help anyone interested in coming to an understanding and commitment as well.
